Senior field trip day one Kaysersberg

We left early Tuesday doe the Alsace part of France, up in the north, a part of very fertile land that has gone back and forth between Germany and France for many years. so much of this visit feels like Germany. We stay in Kaysersberg, a 4 hour drive., a centre with brick streets, a castle and river running through it and the birth place of Albert Schweitzer, Nobel Peace winner and name of My elementary school in Levittown, PA, USA.
